Vijay is a seasoned Information Technology leader with over 28 years of experience driving enterprise-level service delivery, sales, and operations. He specializes in architecting and implementing cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions across client and cloud environments. Known for his transformational leadership style, Vijay combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver high-quality services that optimize cost and enhance customer satisfaction.
Currently serving as Director of Global Cybersecurity Services at Dell Technologies, Vijay leads the worldwide delivery of Incident Response and Recovery services. He has been instrumental in expanding Dell’s cybersecurity portfolio, creating new capabilities, and fostering strategic partnerships with cyber insurance carriers and law firms. His work spans compliance, data security lifecycle management, and intellectual property development across all security domains, positioning Dell as a trusted leader in security services.
Prior to his current role, Vijay led End-User Computing services delivery for North America, where he drove multi-tower Services opportunities, developed innovative offerings like PC-as-a-Service, and built high-performing teams. His career reflects a commitment to thought leadership, operational excellence, and continuous learning, with certifications and expertise in CISSP, Site Reliability Engineering, and DevOps.
Vijay holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, OH, and lives in the Dallas area with his wife and two children.
