Dr. Joye Purser is Field CISO at Cohesity and the 2023 ISC2 Lifetime Achievement Award winner in Cybersecurity. She previously served as the first-ever Regional Director for CISA Region 4 and held senior leadership roles at the White House Office of Management and Budget, where she helped guide the $95B Department of Defense technology budget.
Dr. Purser also spent nearly a decade at the Pentagon overseeing multi-billion-dollar IT programs and has led enterprise risk and recovery operations in the private sector. A Georgia Tech graduate, she brings deep technical expertise and extensive public- and private-sector leadership experience.
